SUFI HEALING WAS WHERE I LEARNED THE DEEPEST UNDERSTANDINGS ABOUT ILLNESS It was in Sufi healing where I finally felt I understood the real reasons we get sick and the way to heal illness at the deepest level. I learned how to access the Highest Light of God and how to invoke this Light to bring healing. I discovered how this Light could guide me and others to bring the deepest understanding of why people get sick and how to heal them. I finally understood how God worked and why disease appeared.
This book is basically a teaching to help you understand what I have learned over the last 20 years. Here, you will learn what illness is really about, why it is here, what it has come to teach you, how you can overcome it, and how you can have success in life as you discover your inner being and learn how to heal from within. For those of you wanting to be healers, you will learn to reach the real roots of the creation of illness and how to change them. This is the deepest service we can provide for our clients and patients.
Generally, spiritual healing means to heal the subtle spiritual aspects or the subtle light of a person. This refers to the light of the inner heart, soul and spirit, as well as the light or aura of a person. It is known in many traditions that illness and suffering emanate from these subtle aspects of a person. For generations, clairvoyants have seen illness in these subtle bodies, often before it manifests in the physical body. In most spiritual healing, the healing of these subtle aspects of a person generally comes from some hidden spiritual entity, such as angels, plants, spirit guides, inner light, energies, ascended masters, and many others. This book, however, is about a specific form of spiritual healing that draws directly from the Essence or Reality of God and God’s 99 Attributes or Divine Names, such as Divine Compassion (Ar-Rahman) and Mercy (Ar-Rahim). It is healing from God and by God. Nothing is placed between a person and
My experience is that Divine Healing can heal any disease if God so chooses. I have seen everything heal, from stage 4 cancers to multiple sclerosis. Yet God doesn’t always choose this. Therefore, understanding how to change our inner reality so that God will send the healing is the essence of this book.
Another interesting fact about spiritual healing is that as one heals, one also draws closer to the Light of God. We are simultaneously spiritually elevated and healed, gaining deeper proximity to the One.
This proximity is the ultimate goal of all spiritual traditions throughout the world, whether it’s called enlightenment, self-realization, unity, heaven, love, peace, or oneness. Some approach God through their mind, and others through their heart.
ADDRESSING THE SPIRITUAL ISSUES Spiritual issues, in the deepest sense, are the hidden teachings within your heart and soul that are being revealed to you so that you may evolve as a human being into a more complete, holy, and awakened person. Spiritual issues are about learning spiritual teachings, such as developing compassion, love, peace, mercy, freedom, justice, oneness, strength, kindness, gentleness, and many other attributes within. These attributes are necessary for you to evolve spiritually.
Your soul is your innate personal essence that makes you different from everyone else and is composed of light. However, your soul is incomplete until you learn all the spiritual teachings found within the 99 Names. Your spirit is the in-blown breath of God that lives deep within your soul, and this is the same light that is in everyone. It is the same breath that comes from God. Your spirit is your oneness.
All Difficult Outer Experiences Are Spiritual Teachings: The Bully
situation. If you become afraid and run away, fear will lodge itself in your body and, over the years, it may produce some type of disease.
UNRESOLVED INNER SPIRITUAL ISSUES ARE THE GLUE THAT HOLDS ILLNESS IN PLACE I have learned that unresolved inner spiritual issues, such as hidden fear, are often the cause of disease and the glue that holds the illness in place. If not released, disease and suffering may persist for years. In many cases, these hidden issues are the inner factors that are responsible for the formation of disease, illness, and suffering in life. So, hidden and unresolved spiritual issues, such as impatience, lead to both the formation and perpetuation of disease. Other methods of healing may not work until the causes and glue are resolved.
Again, my experience is that most serious diseases will not truly heal—and will recur until the inner causes, or glue, are released. Spiritual healing is the process of finding and transforming the deepest inner causes and meanings of disease stored within our subconscious and body. These causes may be emotional, psychological, spiritual, or subtle in nature. Did you know that research shows that most often cancer shows up within six months of a severe emotional trauma to an individual?
When these issues or causes are purified out of your body and subconscious, you can truly heal at the deepest levels of your being once and for all.
It doesn’t really eradicate the illness from our body. Healing the outer is incomplete—it is symptomatic in nature. Outer healing must be paired with healing the inner causes so that disease can disappear, and we can truly heal.
Eventually, he began to address the inner causes of his illness. He found that he had ripped the inner light of his heart, and this had caused the serious hypertension. He was struggling with making a choice between staying in his marriage and leaving it. He loved his wife deeply but felt she was not caring for him in the way he needed. The struggle in his heart became so intense that one day he felt his heart rip from within.
It is wiser for us to simultaneously seek the inner issues of our mind, emotions, and spirit that are causing illness while also using conventional medicine to support our bodies and keep us safe. For some, there may be alternative or complementary methods of healing that may also support and help heal. There are many herbs and supplements that can help with various diseases. I feel that when we are sick, it is best for us to work with all aspects of conventional medicine, alternative medicine, and spiritual healing in order to give ourselves the best chance to heal.
Three: ASPECTS OF MEDICINE WORKING TOGETHER
Again, I want to reiterate, my personal experience is that without getting to the underlying causes and the underlying meanings of the disease, disease often returns or gets worse or healing simply won’t occur. Getting to the roots of the issues behind disease is an essential part of the healing process and unglues disease at its source so you have the best chance of complete and permanent healing.
CHAPTER 2 How Sufi Spiritual Healing (SSH) Works DISCOVERING THE INNER CAUSES OF ILLNESS
SSH works by using the guidance from the Light of God to find and heal the inner causes of illness that are directly linked to our problems. In order to understand how Sufi Spiritual Healing works, you can think of the physical body surrounded by a subtle field of light that simultaneously interpenetrates, surrounds, and supports the physical body. SSH helps us to find where in these fields of Light our illness and suffering is stemming from and then shows us how to heal it.
Today, research has shown that there are electrical and magnetic fields that surround our bodies. Many clairvoyants, including myself, can see these fields as a subtle shadow or aura that surrounds and penetrates our bodies. However, there are much deeper fields of light that surround us, and these can also be felt and seen by some who can see the subtleties. Research also shows that our bodies communicate cell to cell with light, sound, and electricity. It is even known in physics that the inner core of our atomic structures—our protons and neutrons—is made of pure energy, and this energy is actually composed of light. Therefore, we are a truly magnificent blend of light, sound, energy, and the elements of earth, water, fire, and air.
We are surrounded by electrical and magnetic fields of energy. These are called the “etheric body.” Some believe that, in time, we will discover whole new types of light and energies emanating from within our bodies, such as those found by Nikola Tesla
It is interesting, though, that clairvoyants have seen this light emanating from the body and the cells for thousands of years. They know that there is an inner dimension to our beings that can be seen by those who are open to perceiving these subtle realities.
Therefore, if we are sad, angry, or jealous, for example, that emotion affects these fields of light surrounding our bodies. For example, anger turns our field red; sadness, blue; hatred, black. In time, these subtle changes cause illness to develop, first within the fields and then within the body itself. As illness develops, it causes God’s eyes to turn downward and to see the illness within both the subtle and physical reality. God ultimately wants us to be healthy, wise, and full of love and to possess other Divine Attributes, such as wisdom, goodness, peace, nobility, and so on. When God sees that we are sick and that we are carrying negative feelings, the Mercy and Love of God are sent to help us heal. God begins to send helpers to support our healing. These helpers may be angels who then support us to find healers who can help us. Sometimes they direct us to a book or person who has the wisdom for us.
We talked about what was happening, and she was able to find why she felt obliged to care for him and carry him in his fear. She chose not to continue this unhealthy dynamic and released her son’s pull on her uterus by telling him that he would have to find another way to get the support he needed. He let go, and she released him as well. God was supporting this process and teaching her how to care for him in a new, more holy way, in which he grew into a man and could care for himself with God’s help rather than pulling on his mom.
If you find and release the emotions that are locked up in your disease, change your negative thoughts, purify your heart of its pain and loss, and release the spiritual toxins within, you will often see dramatic changes in your body and the healing process. When you heal the root issues that are hidden behind and linked to the disease, a new type of healing occurs deep within you. In this process, disease can disappear for good, and you can truly become whole and healthy once and for all!
In the next chapter, we will discover how SSH and medicine need to join together so all three oceans of light found within our subtle field can be fused together so that complete healing can occur.
CHAPTER 3 Spiritual Healing, Medicine, and the Four Oceans of Light THE BEST HEALING OCCURS WHEN THE PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL UNITE
Spiritual healing should be an essential part of all medical, psychological, and alternative treatment programs. SSH gets to the inner roots of why we suffer, why life goes wrong, and what we need to learn to course-correct our lives. Sometimes it brings healing in places that conventional medicine can’t reach or doesn’t understand.
THE THREE OCEANS OF SPIRITUAL HEALING In order to understand how spiritual healing works, it is important to know that there are four basic oceans of light that surround and penetrate the human being. These then form into cocoons of light that surround us. Most illness and suffering occur in the lower three of these oceans and cocoons. The fourth, or spiritual ocean, will not be addressed in this book. Clairvoyants see this field as an aura. Most people, however, don’t see the aura, but they can feel these fields surrounding them.
These three subtle fields are the secret source that creates most of what happens in our physical reality. They are responsible for much of what happens to us, both in our bodies and in the world itself. Our bodies and our worldly experience are mirrors of what occurs in these oceans. By transforming these subtle oceans with the Light of God, we can change our physical reality and heal illness from within. For this healing to occur, one of the first steps is to become conscious of these aspects of ourselves. You can’t truly fix what you don’t know is broken. These oceans encase us in layers of light like bubbles or cocoons. Each of these cocoons then connect outwardly into the oceans and worlds of similar light that surround our planet and universe. It is within these cocoons of light that our illnesses are formed, live, and exist—appearing independent from ourselves. By learning to perceive and purify these cocoons and oceans, we can heal ourselves.
THE OCEAN OF THE PHYSICAL The first ocean is the ocean of the physical body, and this must be addressed through traditional medicine and complementary forms of medicine. As the light moved into the subtler aspects of the child, it eventually entered the brain. Here, the light began to restructure and reprocess the brain. We could feel it working its way into different nooks and crannies of the brain, bringing in compassion, love, mercy, and many other attributes as we recited the Divine Names. As the light went through the brain, it seemed to grow richer and full of light. In the beginning, the brain appeared dark, dead, and empty. Now, there began to be the first glimmer of light. It traveled to the child’s heart, then into the rest of his body. All of this occurred over a period of maybe 10 or 15 minutes with the Name Ar-Rahman. We had run or descended the first quality of God. As it descended, it was absorbed and infused into the child. But it also began bringing up memories of compassionless times for the mom.
We went on to the second quality, Ar-Rahim, the All-Merciful. This time, the white light seemed even stronger. We felt the Presence of God. As we recited the Name, Rahim came through and dropped into the soul and mind of the child, moving and cleaning all the different aspects of the brain as well. Simultaneously, the attribute Rahim began clearing the mom. Eventually, it dropped down and cleared the spiritual heart and body of the child. There was a sense of the Divine Mercy infusing the child. The attribute Rahim brought this inner sense of hope, support, and direction to the child.
Next was Al-Malik, meaning that God is the King or the Authority. As we said, “Oh God, oh King,” the light of Al-Malik opened from this Divine white light like rain. The sound and the reciting of the name brought forth a deep quality of sovereignty, of God saying, “I am the…
As the light came down into the child again, we had a sense that God was saying, “I choose to give this child life. I choose to give this child health. I choose to give this child a new beginning and a new possibility.” This sense of Divine Will was infused into the child, and then went to the mother and also the grandmother. The mother began to face her own issues…
The white light began to extend above the mom’s head, going toward the higher part of existence. Higher and higher and higher it went, a pillar of Divine Light that went up into the heavens. Then another very pure light came down from the heavens, and there was a sense again of restructuring and empowerment of the child. The child seemed to become stronger. The light became stronger. The mother became stronger. Quality after quality descended through the child until, all of a sudden, the child’s brain seemed to turn on, like a switch had been flipped. We felt like somebody had turned the electricity back on, and the brain seemed to function again. This occurred after almost eight hours of healing. Now why did that happen? We couldn’t exactly say, except that enough of the Divine Light had come in and enough of God’s will had been established through the clearing of the mother and her family issues that somehow the light turned on in the brain. CONCLUSION Spiritual healing of the deeper issues in illness, including the family line or ancestry, can lead to miraculous results. For complete healing to occur, we must be able to find the places that need clearing and then re-establish God’s Light and Divine Names in these places. The places that need healing are found in the three oceans of light surrounding us. In the next few chapters of this book, we will examine the A-PIIR-TB system of healing that has helped thousands of people heal in this way.
CHAPTER 4 “A” Alignment of the APIIRTB Method CONNECTION: TURNING TO GOD FOR HEALING
The first and most important step in understanding Sufi Spiritual Healing (SSH) is deepening our relationship with God. God is the highest and most powerful being in existence. God is beyond all things and is at the source of all things. In this chapter, we will learn how to connect to and invoke healing from God and understand the following: 1. What the Light of God is 2. How to perceive the Light of God 3. How to follow the guidance and will of God God’s existence creates and encompasses all other existences and, in fact, guides and sustains all. Truthfully, nothing is allowed without God’s permission, and that includes one’s ability to heal. If we are really going to heal, then it becomes truly necessary for us to know God and know how to contact God so that we can receive healing and the deep beneficence to heal.
UNDERSTANDING THERE IS ONE GOD First, it is important to know that there are many understandings of God in the world, but there is only one God. We can look at it through one lens and say it’s God, or another lens and say it’s Allah. Through the Hindu lens, we call it Brahma; through the Jewish lens, Hashem. Whatever lens we look through, it’s the same God because there is only One.
